Luke needed it. The Christmas program didn't go over so well with him................................................................. While 99 other children sang with abandon and performed their perfectly memorized motions, Luke, well, tried his best not to cry. He wouldn't stand up and certainly wouldn't sing, and looked pretty perturbed the whole time, as you can see below. Afterwards, however, he warmed right up to his ADORABLE friend, Bonnie.

Annie - I love being able to log on and catch up with your family! You are such a great writer and photographer. Your notes to your kids make me smile, laugh and sometimes cry! Thanks for sharing your blog with us. Cousin Ashley
I commented once, but it didn't show up. I hope it doesn't show up later. What a cute friend luke has! Luke redeemed himself in the program at Bible Study. He sang with "gusto" and even looked like he might dance a couple of times.

I don't know if it's politically correct to comment on your own blog :-) but I wanted to thank Ashley for your words! This purpose of this blog is for me to be able to keep up with my kiddo's lives (I just couldn't manage scrapbooking anymore), but to have people like you check in on us means so much, especially since we only see you a couple times a year. I know there are lots of others out there like Chere and Rise and Heather and Uncle Jon and others, so thanks for stopping by. And get a blog! I'd love to be able to see Andrew grow :-)
Bonnie and Luke look like they have matching hair.
